SUMMARY:Mentoring Workshop in Economic Theory
DESCRIPTION:Mentoring Workshop in Economic Theory with Prof. Dr. Georg Nöldeke (University of Basel\, ECONtribute Research Fellow)\nJuly 8 & 9\, 2020 from 2 pm to 5 pm. \nTwelve individual doctoral students will have the opportunity  to meet Georg Nöldeke online via Zoom for 25 minutes and present their own research projects (20 min. presentation).\nHe will provide individual feedback on each presentation and takes a more detailed look at  individual projects for which he considers it effective given his expertise. Therefore he will individually arrange further appointments\, read the paper and provide detailed feedback. \nThis course is intended for doctoral students from the economics department in Bonn and Cologne\, ECONtribute. In order to apply for one of the slots for student presentations\, please send an e-mail until July 1 to Sabine Burch: burch@uni-bonn.de \nGeorg Nöldeke is Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Basel. He visits ECONtribute as a Research Fellow from 2020-2022 and he is member of the ECONtribute Scientific and Policy Advisory Board.
